1. Terrible app!!!I have a tier 1 FICO score (800+) and tried to get a rate quote on a $10k personal loan from Lightstream.

2. Fix the issueCan't even find an option to enter bank account info on the website and the app comes back with a "Loading Failed" message when I try to enter my banking info in the Manage Accounts section.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix LightStream Lending Issues

1. Fix LightStream Lending Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart LightStream Lending: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the LightStream Lending App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LightStream Lending" » Open LightStream Lending » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LightStream Lending » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear LightStream Lending app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LightStream Lending servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LightStream Lending" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check LightStream Lending app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LightStream Lending might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall LightStream Lending. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LightStream Lending then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LightStream Lending not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LightStream Lending be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
