1. Update: I have recently been having issues in not being able to send money due to my bank (PNC) debit card getting declined or my bank cancelling the transactions and gonna have to figure out what is going on.

6. The notification says a different exchange rate but when u actually go do the transaction the exchange rate is way off.I don't know what is wrong with your new app or new updates but it caused me to do one transaction twice without confirming that the transaction went through.

3. Clear WorldRemit: Money Transfer App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WorldRemit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WorldRemit: Money Transfer App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WorldRemit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WorldRemit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WorldRemit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WorldRemit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WorldRemit not working

2. Fix WorldRemit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WorldRemit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WorldRemit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WorldRemit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
