1. Right now I log on to see my learning then press launch and a blank page appears or it Loops back to the Launch Page? I set up my preferences, and One of the preferences is to start on the training page- Perhaps this is why it loops back to the original training course page after pressing LAUNCH? I don't know why? 6. Success Factors? StressFactors it is!This app in all honesty is not fit for purpose, the menu interface is unintuitive, with no clear buttons in the sub menus, it seems to always have connection issues.

7. What is the point of using this when the main draw and features don't work? All I've been able to do thus far is add my profile photo and look at the organisation chart to see who manages who.

8. Always says need an update and when you click on update there is not option to update on google store.

9. For weeks now, no matter if I'm using WiFi or 4G, it says it has a connection problem.

10. By the time I dig out the laptop, charge it enough to boot, reset password and do the work my app is still struggling to do the same task.This app is giving me problems.

11. Once zoomed in its really hard to move around the page, as you will always change pages instead.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SuccessFactors Issues

1. Fix SuccessFactors Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SuccessFactors: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SuccessFactors App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SuccessFactors" » Open SuccessFactors » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SuccessFactors » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SuccessFactors app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SuccessFactors servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SuccessFactors" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SuccessFactors app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SuccessFactors might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SuccessFactors. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SuccessFactors then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SuccessFactors not working


2. Fix SuccessFactors Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SuccessFactors be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SuccessFactors not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SuccessFactors may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
