Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix The Tribe Issues
1. Fix The Tribe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart The Tribe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the The Tribe App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The Tribe" » Open The Tribe - Apache » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The Tribe » click "UPDATE".
- Clear The Tribe - Apache app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The Tribe servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The Tribe - Apache" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check The Tribe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The Tribe might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall The Tribe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The Tribe then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The Tribe not working
2. Fix The Tribe Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make The Tribe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
