1. Wouldn't allow me to log back in, so I changed the password & it kept on saying unexpected error, so I kept on trying, every time it would say successful but shortly after it would follow with an unexpected error, I just closed it out & the password worked but when I actually got this app to open, all of my past history for the sales & the current balance is no longer there.There's no customer service.

2. I can't even log in now!The app shuts down any time i turn on the scanner, it was fine on my older phone but will not work on a new phone, spoke with wish and they said its a device problem; no its the app! This bug needs to be fixed so we can hand out packagesWorst app ever.

3. The tutorial is vague and doesn't cover possible issues, pay schedules, how to set store hours... The video doesn't include how to inventory the items so you can find stuff easily.

4. I gave 1 star and that was stretching it.Getting tired of the bugs! I have a customer who wants their item, standing here in front of me, and the app keeps saying that I have no network connection.

5. I give Wish two stars because Wish should understand very well who they are selling to and still getting it wrong half of the time.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Wish Local Issues

1. Fix Wish Local Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Wish Local: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Wish Local App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wish Local" » Open Wish Local for Partner Stores » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wish Local » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Wish Local for Partner Stores app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wish Local servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wish Local for Partner Stores" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Wish Local app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wish Local might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Wish Local. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wish Local then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wish Local not working


2. Fix Wish Local Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wish Local be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wish Local not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wish Local may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
