My NRS Store Customer Insights

1. Very poorly designed and unfinished product.....I don't know about this app but I can tell you about the company National Retail solution it has the worst customer service that don't speak English and when they can't help you they put you on hold for days for the past week trying to get a small issue fixed and they can't fix it bad for businessDidn't deliver what they promised.

2. The scanner should turn off when a barcode is found and turn back on when on the scanner screenThis program is good but when you scan an item the camera stays on running even though the screen changes to the item description.

3. When you scan a barcode and add or edit an item the camera is still looking for another barcode to scan and often ruins the item you are working on.

4. So you have to be careful when writing that your camera doesn't scan another barcode or you will mess everything up.

5. Have to uninstall and install each day to update inventory and if that doesn't work have to go to settings then app then storage then clear data then uninstall and install yet again.

6. Process makes it annoying to use the app.Constantly freezes and crashes, Hangs up when scanning products.

7. Huge mistake to sign up nrs ober cloverNever wants to let me log in...!!!It just says error .. Please fix it !!!!!...system is fine.

8. very unprofessional, the Worse service everrrrrThis system is trash.

9. This app when it works is alright, but with so many crashes and freezes its utterly and completely broken and useless.

11. When deleting text the keyboard dissapears sometimes in the middle of deleting or after text is gone.

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My NRS Store" » Open My NRS Store » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My NRS Store » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My NRS Store app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My NRS Store servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My NRS Store" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My NRS Store app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My NRS Store might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My NRS Store. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My NRS Store then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My NRS Store not working


2. Fix My NRS Store Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My NRS Store be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My NRS Store not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My NRS Store may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
