Why should I report an Issue with Cute - Beauty Shopping?

1. I have found quite a few items that I would have ordered only to discover that the advertised price does not apply to the color/size/style I wanted - sometimes not even the same product, but some small "related" item mentioned briefly @ the very end of the info.

2. Then the "great" prices...are not the prices for most.. you click on it and can't even find the one item, color, size..whatever that is the 1 "great" price, and for what you get and time it takes to get it..amazon it..you're welcomeA more specialized app than Wish, but exactly the same.

3. Don't even try for the "limited Quantity" out of over 25 items I didnt get 1 even starting at midnight and 1 am, then you have to request a refund for each item or just give your money to them.

4. Same price.It seems like a scam to me! I ordered a pair of shoes and got an email saying that the item was shipped.

5. The first person to order the item at .50 wins, everyone else gets their money refunded back to them.

6. You should be up front if the price listed only applies to a certain size, color or style of the product.

7. I didnt know you had to be the very first one to order the item to get the .50 deal but you do.I can't view my order history anymore.

8. Has the same limited time deals, that only the first person whom orders it gets that price.

9. The anticipation and excitement of receiving your order in the mail, will be ruined when you can't fit into that super cute dress or shorts.

10. I ordered 30 different items at .50 each plus tax and shipping which rang up to .80 per order but out of 30 items, I only got 3.

11. I give 2 stars because I see a price on an item, I then tap add and that price is nowhere to be found.

1. Fix Cute Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cute: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cute App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cute" » Open Cute - Beauty Shopping » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cute » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cute - Beauty Shopping app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cute servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cute - Beauty Shopping" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cute app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cute might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cute. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cute then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cute not working

2. Fix Cute Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cute be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cute not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cute may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
