1. Horrible customer service, I have 3 refunds that did not deposit into my account, I contacted customer service by email provided by the app, at first it started that the case has been resolved, then customer service asking to provide evidence of refunds into wing account, and I did, now my refund is being ignored, I ask again where is my refund and no reply, it's been about 2 months now.

2. Any time I have called to report the problem, the Wing customer service operator asked me to give a lot of very sensitive account information over the phone while I was still in public.

It requires a filling wing account number.I can't log in to my acc and the app keeps telling me to check my connection even when my connection is working properlyDO NOT USE WINGMALL!!! drivers attempt to extort you by insisting you did not pay for your order even tho you used the wingbank account connected to wingmall and wing bank app to pay.

4. Customer service rep Choamnan Yann knowing I never received my order and that I paid for it and never received a refund would not give me a phone number to main office to call..Pretty much the most overrated bank company ever.

1. Fix Wing Bank Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Wing Bank: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wing Bank" » Open Wing Bank » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wing Bank » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wing Bank app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wing Bank servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wing Bank" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wing Bank app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wing Bank might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wing Bank. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wing Bank then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wing Bank not working
