Why should I report an Issue with Wings Mobile?

1. The Wings Mobile app makes it easy to manage your money anywhere, anytime.

1. The only bad part is: In the past (before July 2022) check deposit funds were available immediately, but now they made a change and checks deposited in the app are not available for three (3) business days! Not even a portion of the check is available, they hold the entire check for three (3) days.

2. 👎Pretty good, but... Needs more detail per checking account transaction, (i.e. Full Name of debtor, not just first 10 letters; and phone number would be very helpful).

3. Very pleased with the app.Checking/saving accounts doesn't provide any information! No account number, routing, APR.

4. The app does nothing more than provide a very basic screenshot of your accounts, almost pointless to use at all.App works for my purposes, website is bigger issue.

5. Auto loan doesn't show original loan amount, APR, amount paid so far, 10 day pay off, nothing! I was considering switching from Capitol One, but everything is so basic, limiting, archaic.

6. In the list of options on the left, mobile deposit is listed twice by the way!After posting a negative review of the app due to issues with and then the disappearance of mobile deposit on my app, it magically re-appeared.

7. My other bank's apps are way more detailed in each account transactions and things you are able to track, and look up by search.

8. I have bee with the companyI love the app, but one thing that could be improved is the ability to modify or add reoccurring transfers in the app instead of having to go to the wings website.

11. The 4 star rating is because it is not full functionality--there are some actions (like labeling a transfer between accounts) that can still only be done on the web site.

1. Fix Wings Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Wings: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Wings App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wings" » Open Wings Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wings » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wings Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wings servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wings Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wings app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wings might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wings. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wings then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wings not working

2. Fix Wings Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wings be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wings not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wings may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
