App downloads, but doesn't allow itself to be opened, only uninstalled on my android phone, pretty useless at best.can never get the app to let me pay my bill even though it gives me the option, just never connects.Doesn't accept Visa, which is extremely frustrating because I don't plan on giving in to get a Discover or Master.
