H Band Customer Insights

1. For days I tried to get it to reconnect by uninstalling, reinstalling, restart phone and watch.

3. Seems to be tracking, but even with turning off the option for the phone, it takes over the Bluetooth and any audio goes through the watch instead of my phone.

9. (Measurements are inaccurate anyway) Also frequently gives connection error after making changes even though it did transfer the changes to the device and there are no issues with my Bluetooth, location and Wi-Fi connections.

10. The watch is very sensitive and constantly changing faces with the slightest touch.

11. Took me a bit to get it to sync to watch but I had the same problem with the expensive Fitbit.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix H Band Issues

1. Fix H Band Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart H Band: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the H Band App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "H Band" » Open H Band » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for H Band » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear H Band app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from H Band servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "H Band" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check H Band app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, H Band might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall H Band. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall H Band then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing H Band not working


2. Fix H Band Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make H Band be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to H Band not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, H Band may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Reported Issues

Note: Issues displayed have already been sent to the developer and are older than 7 days.

  • When I login through my account the data reading gets blocked at 99% - the app then disconnects the Bluetooth - reconnects and starts reading the data over again up to 99% and repeats this endlessly.

    If I login without my account this problem does not occur.
    I tried going back to version 10.2 instead of 10.4 but the same problem arises. However - after using 10.2 without my account I did another login with my account and it all seemed to work properly. Switched off my phone at night and on booting up the same problem had returned.

  • I am overall happy with the watch however I would like to know of the blood glucose function can be changed from Moles/l to MG/DL. I need this as I am not as quick at converting as I should be.

  • Good afternoon.

    I'm having trouble to log in on the app in my phone. I've forgotten my password and the reset password doesn't work. I get the activation code but when input the password it keeps on yelling me to input password. So I'm going around in circles.

    Please help.

  • Bought this FIRE/BOLTT watch from Reliance Digital (Bangalore) store. Configured the watch and paired with my mobile. Only STEPS count works.
    Heart Rate, BP and SPO@ etc do not work. The watch only seem to vibrate but NO READING.
    I think the watch is a DEFECTIVE piece. Please guide how I can get this rectified

  • I have my watch for just a few days. It wont give the readings for the health monitoring. Keep giving an error message : stay still and tighten watch. I do this over and over. wont work.

  • I bought a watch from Amazon and the measurement I get are not accurate especially for blood sugar. When I compare with the inversion one there is a great disparity of between 30mg/dl to 50mg/dl. Another thing is the watch won't give any reading past 147mg/dl.
    I have no problem with blood pressure readings, they are accurate when compared with the arm band meter.
    What could be the issue for the disparity . I bought this watch inorder to help manage my diabetic condition.

  • I just want you to know that I absolutely love this watch. But this is the third time this has happened, my watch band has broke not on the charging side but the other side and it is completely useless when that happens. Ive tried supergluing it abd it works for 2-3 days and then useless again. I would like a replacement please.

  • H band watch won’t connect. It finds it when I search but nothing happens. It stars the signal is -53 but they are right next to each other. Not been able to connect in months. I’ve restarted the watch, deleted and downloaded the app, started the watch from scratch and nothing works

  • My watch stopped because battery was dead. After I recharged battery your application I was using on my watch and phone would no let me log into my phone to resume the time. I trie logging in several time and it kept saying I had no account so I deleted your application from my phone since it was unacceptable and unusable to me. It appears to be impossible to use!!! Is there another application I can use that will work between you watch and phone?

  • Hi. My watch q8 won’t get connected to the app. When i press devices, it shows up, but never gets connected. I never had a problem with Hey Band, but it got deleted. Now I can’t even fix time on my watch because it doesn’t get connected to the app properly.

  • Trying to connect our GOGUM tracker thru your H Band app on our Apple I phone 7. The app wants information from our Apple Account. Our account is properly set up, I know that as we just talked to Apple on the phone. The problem in trying to accomplish the connection is your app will not accept our pass word on this second phone and we know it’s correct as we just talked to Apple! They told us we would have to talk to you. Could you please call us for help in connecting our new tracker with your app. We bought two GOGUM trackers and I was having trouble with the password on our First one with your app but changed to a new password and you accepted it, but not our Second phone.
