H Band 2.0 Customer Insights

1. It is also very unreliable when it comes to sleeping track and doesn't pick up on increased activity or wake ups, I would like to be able to change the date and time on it (came predated and timed) the date is correct but the daylight savings time I can't change, not by connecting the band to my phone or on the band itself.The band does not always capture data, such as sleep data overnight, which is its sole purpose.

2. Love the function of this because it does have an alarm for sleep apnea interruptions and no other fitness band has that it's a program or better it would be five starsDisappointed.

3. I've tried the other apps that were recommended by another reviewer, but they either wouldn't connect at all or would not communicate data.The watch worked with the app for a few months; then, about 2 months ago, it constantly disconnected.

4. Connecting with the H Band device rarely works, and even when you manage to connect, it loses the connection again quickly - so your settings don't persist.

5. For all of the people saying that it keeps disconnecting from their phone and not notifying them of messages it's because they are closing out the app or their phone is doing it.

6. As long as you leave the app open in the background AND Bluetooth enabled, you'll have no issue with it.Overall a good basic product but I would like it to monitor blood pressure too every couple of hours.

7. I need this to work because it's the only thing that'll work with my fitness band.

8. And if it disconnects, it doesn't recieved the notifications from your phone, no texts or phone calls, or any other notification you have set up.

9. I have to manually reconnect the band every time I open the app (data only syncs if the app is connected).

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix H Band 2.0 Issues

1. Fix H Band 2.0 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart H Band 2.0: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the H Band 2.0 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "H Band 2.0" » Open H Band 2.0 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for H Band 2.0 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear H Band 2.0 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from H Band 2.0 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "H Band 2.0" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check H Band 2.0 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, H Band 2.0 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall H Band 2.0. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall H Band 2.0 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing H Band 2.0 not working


2. Fix H Band 2.0 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make H Band 2.0 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to H Band 2.0 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, H Band 2.0 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hi - I need ALL my details removing from HBand as I need to re-instal the app on my iPhone. I have tried removing the app but everytime I reistal it and try to create a new account it reverts back to my old account!!
    My Smart Watch will not work without this app and I am getting frustrated with this crazty app!!!!

  • I complained a day ago about my iPhone h band watch and have gotten no answer. My bp monitor and heart rate doesn’t work. Either fix this or send me a replacement free of charge!
