1. Doesn't deserve any stars.I can't login! I did it one time and it went through but it was extremely hard to navigate the site and I have not been able to login at all! The card still won't work at DG .

2. It Does Not work well at all in other stores you have approved of to shop at!! I wasn't going to even get the app but it said I can't login and it was terrible the one time I give up.

3. Lora Morris.Dismal. I keep getting mail saying to use this wonderfull app and every time I log in it tells me my plan doesn't work with this app.

4. Why spend the money on junk mail delivery for something I can't use?Same experience as other users seem to be having... Months of trying and cannot login.

5. I had to do a video urgent care call 3 months ago and they said, "get a ride or ambulance to the ER now!" Just a mini stroke, but still, it would be nice to have that feature integrated into the app.

6. It does provide phone numbers, so you could always call, but it would be nice to be able to request an appointment in the app.

7. I guess it wont load? None of the options are responding, Im not sure, but iIm highly disappointed.I haven't been able to get the app to load for several days.

8. The new app appears to have plenty of useful features, including recent claims, ID cards, live video visits, ability to look up providers, and more I'm sure.

9. I updated my new cellphone number in the app, and it said it went through, and then all of a sudden it wanted a verification code through my old cell phone when I tired to log in.

10. Uninstalling and re-downloading the app does nothing to address this issue either.I just downloaded this app, created a profile, logged in sucessfully.

1. Fix UPMC Health Plan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart UPMC Health Plan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the UPMC Health Plan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UPMC Health Plan" » Open UPMC Health Plan » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UPMC Health Plan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UPMC Health Plan app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UPMC Health Plan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UPMC Health Plan" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check UPMC Health Plan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UPMC Health Plan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall UPMC Health Plan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UPMC Health Plan then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UPMC Health Plan not working

2. Fix UPMC Health Plan Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UPMC Health Plan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UPMC Health Plan not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UPMC Health Plan may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
