1. Are you feeling unwell and want to keep a detailed history of your symptoms?
2. Doctor asked for your symptoms but you can’t exactly remember what they are or how they have evolved?
3. Do you need to track your daily medication and relevant exams?
4. Keeping a diary of your health has never been easier.
5. You never have to worry again, we got you covered!
6. Updoc: your health, every day!
1. This app instead allows a free flow, simple click add notes and time, then done.Just started using it but love it! Its easy to use, you can customize it, you can track different aslects of your symptoms by graph (which will be handy when the doctor asks, "How ofyen does this happen?"), and you can write notes to further explain things if need be.
2. Logs will appear for hours on the phone before vanishing when the app apparently reconnects to the server. So far, exactly what I was looking for! Just wanted something to track symptoms from my autoimmune disease when i get them.
3. This is just what I was looking for!So far this app is awesome! The only reason I've given it 4 stars is that I cant delete symptoms that's don't apply to me, which can make it hard to search through all of the others to find what I need.
4. Please consider making it more customizable in the next update, but apart from that this app is super helpful!Very convenient to help track a variety of health data.
5. Progress charts need to have the ability to reflect *all* records, not just highest in a day/sum of all daily records/# of records: temp patterns through the day, fatigue/pn levels, etc.
6. The current limitations make the charts nearly useless for many medical records.I like the app and use it to track a variety of things.
7. The layout is simple and clear, making it easy to track what's going on.
8. There is a prepopulated list of meds and foods, you can add anything you want but you cant fix them once you use them and you cant shorten the list by getting rid of preloaded ones you dont need.
9. 2) The fact you can't delete preprogrammed logs, but apparently in the next update that will changeOne of the best symptom trackers I've used, but I would like a way to see all of the symptoms I log at once.
10. It was straight up easy to use, and super easy to add an entry when needed (which I am like every few hours) so it's not a chore to use.
11. There's a brief message to check internet when logs aren't saved, but it has nothing to do with my phone's internet/wifi connection.
