NB should also offer a number where people can call to check accounts anytime without having to talk with someone, especially since the app nor' website works!!The app is straight garbage I have been trying to check my account balance for two days now and still can't... This isn't the first time I've had these issues this now makes the 5th time I have encountered this problem.
2. I've already reset the app and it still has these problems.Hard to access... It use to work great but now its gotten to the point I get error message to call a number.
3. I had to put a shortcut to the website on my homescreen so I can check my balanceThe NB Mobile app use to work great.
4. Its hard to access even though I set up fingerprint that doesn't work says can't verify but everything else I use outside this app works fine.It's great when it's working.
5. Ever since I downloaded the app i have had nothing but problems out of itI keeps saying can't identify credentials and then I have to call reset password.
6. This version lets you set alerts that would be helpful in noticing if your card has been skimmed, as you can set an alert for maximum ATM transactions in a day and many other notifications.
7. I was able to check our account without having to leave home.
8. Now I have to reboot my phone or just keep hitting ok on the error message until it finally let's me use my password or finger print.
9. It keeps saying I don't have network connectivity, even though I have good wifi, service and mobile data.
10. I have to leave home, go to ATM to check our account.
11. Or contact stuff.Absolutely awful, it kicked my husband out multiple times woth no way to log back in or reset it.
