1. NB should also offer a number where people can call to check accounts anytime without having to talk with someone, especially since the app nor' website works!!The app is straight garbage I have been trying to check my account balance for two days now and still can't... This isn't the first time I've had these issues this now makes the 5th time I have encountered this problem.

2. I've already reset the app and it still has these problems.Hard to access... It use to work great but now its gotten to the point I get error message to call a number.

3. I had to put a shortcut to the website on my homescreen so I can check my balanceThe NB Mobile app use to work great.

4. Its hard to access even though I set up fingerprint that doesn't work says can't verify but everything else I use outside this app works fine.It's great when it's working.

6. This version lets you set alerts that would be helpful in noticing if your card has been skimmed, as you can set an alert for maximum ATM transactions in a day and many other notifications.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix NB Issues

1. Fix NB Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart NB: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the NB App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NB" » Open NB Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NB » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear NB Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NB servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NB Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check NB app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NB might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall NB. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NB then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NB not working


2. Fix NB Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NB be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NB not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NB may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
