1. Overall it is a badly behaving app that seems to be trying to implement security, but ends up being much less useful.Frustrating. I couldn't even get my new user account set up (wouldn't accept my card number) and gave no way to contact them for questions or support! When I clicked on the three link to contact them, a pop up would activate telling me to register as a new user first.
2. Is it too long? Which special characters doesn't it like? I don't know because it doesn't tell you, it just doesn't reset the password and gives no input for why it failed.
3. I only see the last 10 transactions when it says I should see the last 30.Paste doesn't work in login screen.
4. It loses the password even when you check stay logged in and the fingerprint authentication is a joke.Clunky and difficult to use.
5. Have not heard from the creator or my bank about the issues that I was having with the app just stopped working when opened up... If you have any issues with app, you cant contact them... They will only talk to your bank.
6. I had to put in all my card info, email, and set up new password...I followed all the password requirements and after the third try, it kicked me out.
7. It also prevents my password manager from coming up in the login screen.
8. Horrible - trying to reset the password is a nightmare.
9. I'm very disappointed that my bank has chosen this app to track debit card activity.The sign in process is rediculous.
10. This is assuring to know immediately that the charge is mine, including auto payments! Also LOVE the feature that let's me turn card off & on at a click of a button.
11. You get no feedback at all why it doesn't like your password.
Please cancel my subscription. I don't like the app and would like you to delete all my data from. your service.
