Why should I report an Issue with BitFunds - Crypto Cloud Mining?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of BitFundsLtd to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. But then I tried to withdraw.... It's been 11 days and it's still pending :/ I guess it's just another app that steals your time and battery life ... If the withdraw happens to go through... I'll return to change my rating.

2. I will keep it installed in the meantime, then check back later in the week to see how responsive you are.****definitely does random reset and you loose points.**** Not buying anything until my transaction clears.

3. It's been pending for awhile now and I'm thinking I wasted my time and data.

4. Be wary.Every night I check my funds before bed, the app shuts off on its own and for the 3rd day in a row, I awoke to find out resets at 8000 every time.

5. Edit: still waiting for a withdraw that's pending but was told to keep waiting.. I'm ok with it.

6. But until then.... I'm very disappointed.What kind of malarkey is this? Despite repeated "pressings" of the "Accept Terms and Conditions" icon, not a single one results in it being checked, basically prohibiting me from using the app.

7. For example full battery dead in just a couple of hours slow response and multiple crashes.

8. I paid for the Diamond plan ($100) and sure, the little number moves faster.. but still they do not deposit any withdrawals that I request.

9. Everyone should report this app as objectionableRecomend not to wast your time and money.

1. Fix BitFunds Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BitFunds: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BitFunds App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BitFunds" » Open BitFunds - Crypto Cloud Mining » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BitFunds » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BitFunds - Crypto Cloud Mining app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BitFunds servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BitFunds - Crypto Cloud Mining" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BitFunds app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BitFunds might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BitFunds. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BitFunds then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BitFunds not working

2. Fix BitFunds Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BitFunds be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BitFunds not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BitFunds may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
