1. Too bad, I could really use an app like this right now.Downloaded fine... but would not open, I had it trying to open (loading) for more that 5 minuets.. totally useless.Data saver : App won't open, i tried several time same result... may be not compatible with samsung phone.I was finally able to download this when the bug got fixed, but it wont load, so it is still uselessJust downloaded and eagerly to try out unfortunately does not work at all.

2. Not while,using wifi, hotspot, or without... Hopefully this gets fixed because I could definietly use this for my research & business.App wouldn't open when I tired to use this app 6 months ago, I REALLY HOPE you've updated it and fixed the big problems.

3. App installs but does NOT load... I could really use this camera & not the waste of time... Ive installed this 3 times now & it does not load at all.

1. Fix GEM CAM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GEM CAM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GEM CAM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GEM CAM" » Open GEM CAM » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GEM CAM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GEM CAM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GEM CAM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GEM CAM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GEM CAM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GEM CAM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GEM CAM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GEM CAM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GEM CAM not working

2. Fix GEM CAM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GEM CAM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GEM CAM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GEM CAM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
