1. Never had an issue before but this app just keeps getting worse... like the CU.It has the basics which are good, but it would be nice if I could search to see if a specific check# cleared or could get push notifications that something went through or if I'm close to my minimum balance threshold.Extremely slow at random moments, which leads to random failed transactions, which leads to my card eventually locked.
2. So frustrated!!!This bank is garbage, when I first started with them I wait 3 months to get access to one check I put in and since then the app is breaking down weekly, today I wasted my HOUR BREAK just trying to get access to my money and i still didn't get to eat anything and when I called the bank I got nothing I don't recommend this bank at allapp doesnt work since my s9 updated.
3. I like the app and would love for someone to figure out why.Wish they update credit info, just as fast as everything else, but no complaints.I can't get the mobile deposit feature to wotk; I keep getting a notifocation that says "internal system error".
4. I have issues with a built in security feature that is telling me there are applications running that have the potential to interfere and inputs will be ignored.
