1. Long boot times, constant holdijgnt on one screen, it turned a fantastic app to a terrible one over night.Decent. I really like the quick balance option & ability to transfer funds between checking & savings.
2. If I could change the user ID to log in it would be perfect, and it would be easier to track my finances if the charges included more detail.I've been with SFCU for over ten years without a SINGLE issue.
3. The first time I made a transfer from an external bank account, I didn't think it worked because it didn't even appear as pending.
4. I tried it again and ended up being charged from both credit unions for insufficient funds because, as it turns out, the transfers were going through; they just weren't showing in the account.Worked great when I could use it.
5. Other than that, I love all of the features (like mobile deposit, quick balance, etc).Very rapid, responsive, accurate readings for biometrics.

7. However if I do move to Dallas, TX from houston/Montgomery, I don't believe there are locations there for atm useThey made a new version of the app that is so much less responsive and easy to use than the previous version.
8. Fraud alert is outstanding! Got a text alert about a charge on my card that I did not make, and the card was instantly locked before any charges could be made.
9. I accidentally click on that thing every time! And it's an eyesore... Please fix the app or put it back to how it was.It's extremely slow to show transactions and transfers.
10. I sent 2 emails to the developer's email, but never got a response.Had the app about 2 years and all was pretty good until the complete overhaul they did recently.
