1. So happy I chose Shopify!Shopify app works great for me, every now and then I might get some filtering when I have to switch to different things but it's not that bad & it doesn't last that long, it could use a better editing tool it's not enough fun options or colors... Also I would like to update the app when I need to with out having to uninstalling it... But other than that it works fine...Surprisingly excellent app.

I just uninstalled and reinstalled.I chose shopify for my business wasnt sure if I was going to like it, been with another carrier for years for another one of my businesses but honestly the mobile functionality was the tie breaker for me! I can do so much from my phone allowing me to keep up with trends, see what is working and what is not right away with marketing and make changes on the go.

3. i just have to make sure i dont nickle and dime myself to death with those! If you are looking for a customizable platform that is intuitive and user-friendly you will never go wrong with Shopify.User friendly and easy to edit product descriptions, prices, variants, vendors, etc.

4. Even being able to edit the products and photos on the go is greatI have been using Shopify for over 3 years, both online & the POS app for my store.

5. Regarding wifi, all other apps work without any issues, and the same wifi network was used for testing and same configuration in all devices, with identical app security settings etc.

6. I literally just updated this app a few minutes ago.Doesn't work on wifi for some devices, but works fine on a phone connection.

9. Also, my products are no longer syncing to social media platforms for tagging which is incredibly frustrating! If someone could please provide feedback on the issue with notifications not working I would greatly appreciate it.

10. It would save so much time if predictive text was present for new listings being added.I have had this app for the last 3 or 4 years and loved until recently.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Shopify Issues

1. Fix Shopify Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Shopify: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Shopify App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shopify" » Open Shopify - Your Ecommerce Store » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shopify » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Shopify - Your Ecommerce Store app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shopify servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shopify - Your Ecommerce Store" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Shopify app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shopify might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Shopify. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shopify then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shopify not working


2. Fix Shopify Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shopify be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shopify not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shopify may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
