Jobstreet is well known besides other bodies who hire for jobs, so for those who have been assigned to advertise here on behalf of your companies, I believe its right time now for you guys to embrace your hunting skills.Cannot edit the profile picture Cannot change the email Cannot change the date of birth My internet connection is perfect and this makes me hard to apply for a job.. please fix thisI wish Jobstreet have the option to exclude criteria that I don't want to appear in my job search.

2. I have updated my profile on web but it's not updating on mobile app.Requested for account deletion multiple times because of LiNa jobs recommendation spam via email and still to this day no response from Jobstreet management team.

9. Error message our records indicate that you have not validate an account yet" problem is- I HAVE! also contacted customer service and was told to register via browser instead of app.

10. I takes a lot of time and no use of your app if so! And i use the filter to put the criteria of salary, and when i click on one job, they directed me to another website, and the salary is even below my filter.

11. At this rate I am justified that they have very poor management team.Been trying my best all this years, a decade I would say, maybe 2 replies I received thus far.

1. Fix Jobstreet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Jobstreet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Jobstreet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jobstreet" » Open Jobstreet: Job Search & Career » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jobstreet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Jobstreet: Job Search & Career app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jobstreet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jobstreet: Job Search & Career" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Jobstreet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jobstreet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Jobstreet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Jobstreet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Jobstreet not working

2. Fix Jobstreet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Jobstreet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Jobstreet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Jobstreet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
