Shop Customer Insights

1. the only issue I have is that sometimes I don't want to go through Spotify to buy a purchase and I don't see an option to get rid of it when checking outVery helpful for package tracking, waiting for sellers to get your tracking order is the worst problem but that's on the seller, then the app does the rest! Just need your tracking number first 😁 Lately only as of this month, it constantly (like over 6 times a day) needs to be reconnected to my Amazon account.

It's a good app that needs improvement.I love how it keeps track of all my packages it's also really cool cuz it's fast when trying to check out cuz its doors on the information for me it also suggests payment plans if you need it and last but not least you earn cash back money that sometimes can multiply by 4x, I would read reviews though cuz some of the shops are a little sketchy.

3. It doesn't record things outside of the US, but FedEx, Amazon, UPS, USPS... it follows em all! The only thing that might be detracting to some who are in the "NOW" generation, is that it does trail behind on notifying right away... but can you really complain when the service is 100% free? I can't, and I in fact, recommend it for a one stop package notification shop.JUNE 21,2023 GOT WORSE:Used to love this app.

4. And there's also an option to track orders through email, however one of the most popular email apps is Yahoo, and you can't connect it to the app!!! I have sent in several msgs to the developers, but never have hear a reply.Overall, this is a nice way to track all of your incoming packages and one location.

5. The one frustrating feature of the app is it's Amazon integration as this generally only lasts for a few hours before you need to sign back in to get tracking information.

6. It has terrible trouble keeping its connections with Amazon account, creating the need to reconnect to get updates.

7. You're allowed to connect Amazon to it so it can help track your orders through that site.

8. You need to continuously re-connect to Amazon, the app is not compatible with Yahoo, and it tries to guess the carrier instead of telling you wich it is.

9. As it is, now, it's very one-sided and user interaction with it is extremely limited.Used to be great, but for the last several weeks, I have to reconnect my Amazon account Every.

10. The application seems to be able to find most shipping emails and it's easy to manually add orders to track.

11. When I manually add orders or add them by finding them manually in an connected email, it often no longer adds them to my packages.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Shop Issues

1. Fix Shop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Shop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Shop App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shop" » Open Shop: All your favorite brands » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shop » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Shop: All your favorite brands app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shop servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shop: All your favorite brands" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Shop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shop might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Shop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shop then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shop not working


2. Fix Shop Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shop not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shop may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
