1. Find a better system and dump this!!!1) New version shows map zoomed out in the continent of africa even though im in the u.s, 2) the vromo app even if it's working in the background when I get a screen notification of a new job available it will show the load screen you have to understand that the order offers get picked up in a blink of an eye so your useless loadscreen in this version hinders my ability to accept an order 3) the distances are in km with no options to switch to milesIs it just me or ever since the update, does the app not work correctly? Unless I'm on the app, it doesn't show that it's running in the background.

2. And worst of all, don't get notified of new offers if app isn't open!! I'm not keeping app open all the time to drain my battery and track my location! Notifications should make a louder or configurateable sound.Crashes and needs to be force closed 3-5 times EVERY day.Orders come in but don't show you enough info about the order until you accept it.The "new order" notification appears to be off by a second or 2 if you're looking at the app you'll see the order before someone who isn't looking directly at the app gets a notification.The calendar in history section shows you the day before the day you actually select.The map is simply 2 dots with no info.The GUI could be streamlined.

3. The lag opening from the background has cost me offers.This app does not play nice at all with my Android phone Samsung Galaxy amp Prime 2.

4. Overall hate this app and no one should use it, plus it doesn't even alert the drivers when the orders been cancelled or changedI use this app for work, and generally think it works very well.

5. Frustrating because no one takes any notice.New job offers don't show me the pay! I have to accept it to get details & then reject it--waste of time.

6. It won't open in under 10 seconds on my phone in which case I lose all orders.

7. The update took Waze out as an option and navigation doesn't currently work.

8. Update I have had to change phone because I need this app for work.

9. In app If an offer pops it comes to the forefront without the date, have to accept blind or back out to view date and possibly lose offer.

10. Update: this issue was fixed, thanks!Sometimes it makes you look at your phone while trying to dispatch or arrive.

11. There are some issues I've had with the app and the new update doesn't fix any of those and adds new ones.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix VROMO Driver Issues

1. Fix VROMO Driver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart VROMO Driver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the VROMO Driver App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VROMO Driver" » Open VROMO Driver » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VROMO Driver » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear VROMO Driver app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VROMO Driver servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VROMO Driver" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check VROMO Driver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VROMO Driver might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall VROMO Driver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VROMO Driver then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VROMO Driver not working


2. Fix VROMO Driver Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VROMO Driver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VROMO Driver not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VROMO Driver may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
