If the app is able to load without an error (unusual that it works, even after a full data clear and reinstall), it's missing information like the IP address assignment details.Love thos app, user friendly, clean, efficient, pay bill easily, compare statements, biometric option for easy log on, in app chat for quick help.
2. Love the app and the company, services are great and never had issues with cox, that they couldnt handle or fix for me, they have a loyal customer.App crashes constantly, doesn't save chats with customer service, terrible user interface, and the internet they provide is unreliable.
3. Also would be nice if fingerprint reader automatically popped up instead of having to click a button.Still doesn't work 2 years later.
