1. This latest update with GeoFencing is straight BS, I clock in at the shop when I load up tools and hitch the trailer, because I AM WORKING! Now it sends the administrators a notice saying I was not at the jobsite.. total BS!Our contractor uses this app, and preferred to keep all of the business transactions, communications etc kept within the app.

2. Great job!Leaving a negative review in hopes the Devs fix a major issue: on multiple occasions I've lost what I've written into daily logs or other entry fields when I switched to another app by accident, like when taking an incoming call.

3. Will still continue to utilize this service!I lost several hours work on a lead proposal TODAY AGAIN! l priced out 15+ line items, typed them all up, saved each one as I went.

4. Being able to track, modify and input information in the field while the office workers have the same abilities at their computers makes this App a wonderful tool in all aspects.

5. It's 2023, the fact that monies have to pass through so many "hands" caused our payment to get hung up, after paying immediately upon receipt, making us look bad to contractor.Love BT, we use it for everything from sales to warranty.

6. Since this isn't 1998 anymore, there is no reason this basic functionality shouldn't be included.Often times I'll attempt to upload pictures and it won't do it, OR it'll say it won't upload when it actually did and I end up uploading duplicates.

7. It's far too expensive when there are better, cheaper options out there.Love BT, and have become real familiar with the program! I absolutely love the web version, but I'm not a fan of the app.

8. Do yourself a favor and find a different tool.Great App to use, easy accessibility and convenient.

9. KISS.The software is meh... There is functionality there, but navigation is terrible, actually finding the information you need,... worse.

10. Sure, fine...used it paid through it, got a third installed payment request, paid it, and was so close to being something that worked for both parties seamlessly.

11. On any given day, you can open the app and find that the functionality or interface have changed and you have to 're-learn' processes... again.

1. Fix Buildertrend Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Buildertrend: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Buildertrend App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Buildertrend" » Open Buildertrend » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Buildertrend » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Buildertrend app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Buildertrend servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Buildertrend" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Buildertrend app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Buildertrend might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Buildertrend. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Buildertrend then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Buildertrend not working

2. Fix Buildertrend Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Buildertrend be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Buildertrend not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Buildertrend may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
