1. Seems to be the only way to access Now Support on mobile without doing a remote work around.Trying to authenticate via app, continuously gets hung up at the "appears you are on a mobile device" and won't let me authenticate.I guess the app looks OK, but you shouldn't force people to use it when they try to access knowledge on browser.
2. I have to add instance URL(there's only 1 support instance url, why do I even need to add that URL) when I am trying to login and then once I proceed, I receive error "you are using mobile browser, unable to login".None of the buttons seem to work.
3. Please make the normal website mobile-friendly and stop forcing these appsQueue the typical "would give 0 stars if possible" rant: If your app won't even let users log in, why the heck are you forcing people to use it? Fix this garbage.Using the app is okay, but finding them is tricky, since they are called "Support", "Agent", "Mobile".
4. I was forced to download the app to see articles and since the knowledge applet didn't work this didn't provide any value for me.The technological leap from classic and the flexibility in terms of configuration is simply awesome.
5. It just takes me to the same login as the Webpage version to authenticate then tells me I need the app...Cannot login, forces authentication on browser and doesn't redirect.
6. Page loads just fine to show article and then jumps to "you're using mobile so the page doesn't work" page.
7. Either call them Now *whatever* or retire all of these apps and have one monolithic thing that does all of the things.Won't even let me login.
8. Clearly, the focus is on making things even better and that shows with every new version release.I am unable to login to the app.
9. Knowledge applet seems broken as it just fails to load the applet.
10. Encountered issue where it continually went to a download app screen and could not get it, but it seems to have been resolved and works now.
11. Also knowledge isn't opened automatically on the app when you access the site.
