1. It goes great until it is time to actually transfer the data and then it says you need to connect to WiFi to do so, when the app on both phones has already connected them together with WiFi direct according to the data displayed under settings - connections - WiFi - "..." Menu - WiFi direct.
2. There is no support from Samsung on a new flagship phone!The wireless transfer didn't work for me for whatever reason.
3. (Couldn't find device over Wi-Fi.) When I got the cabling worked out (micro to USB-C) the transfer worked OK despite the fact the old phone had a chewed connector and I got some bad/misleading info from some tech help.
4. My new phone has enough bloatware, I don't want to bog it down with all my old seldom used apps too.Pros: Was able to restore all my files, settings, and most of my app data.
5. The transfer took 10 minutes, and then the app wanted 2 hours to process data.
6. Only thing that did transfer (after almost half the day) were my pictures.Didn't work wirelessly... Says couldn't connect.
7. 2 stars instead of 1 cuz the wireless data transfer was fast.Doesn't work.
8. I recently used it to transfer data (files, apps, settings, etc.) from an S20 to an S23.
9. I want to transfer a few of my apps to the new phone, not all of them.
10. But this time, it took more than 6 hours to transfer my stuff to the S23 from s9.
11. edit: pretty sure it's a connection issue, since I was working with spotty WiFi and the usb-c connection on my old phone was worn and loose.

Please unsubscribe me from smartswitch, I started the 3 day trial period last night 6/1/23 to transfer my data from old phone to this new phone. I have tried to unsubscribe all day from this so that the payment of £28.99 does not go out of mh account automatically , I have found it almost impossible to unsubscribe from this. Its ridiculously difficult to do. Please can you unsubscribe my from the smart switch asap so that automatic payment does not go out of my account .
