1. Sometimes it just completely stops working, I paid for premium and I see NONE of the features except for ads gone I don't even see the TouchPad or apps, and I got this mainly because its a pain to type in things on YouTube with the remote and the keyboard feature doesn't work at all.
2. I have a Samsung TV that you can use "Smart things" app for FREE that does the same thing! Who in there right mind would pay a monthly or yearly fee for a remote app IS BEOUND ME!Welp, this app is good.
3. Will change review if problem is corrected.Subscription fee for a remote app?! I got this app so I could use my watch to change channels, apps etc... but you need a monthly subscription to use anything other than volume and power! Plus on my phone you can't do much more either.
4. Asked for review, now you got it!Doesn't function unless you have the original remote to the device for the first time set up, which makes it a moot point.
5. If I had the remote to the TV, I wouldn't download yet another useless app that I would end up deleting in a couple of days to save battery! This remote app used to work well for my Samsung TV.
6. This needs to be resolved soon.Every time I connect to my TV, it requires me to use my actual remote to accept the connection, rendering the app useless.
7. The remote app doesn't even work anymore and my actual remote no longer works either.
8. The when purpose of downloading an app that functions as a remote control (to almost anything) is almost unilaterally, to use in the event that you either do not have a remote to begin with, or you have a non functioning remote control.
9. I got this to make it easier than using the remote and it borderline doesn't even work.
10. We have a Samsung TV Series 6 (i think?) and the remote stopped working after a million tries fixing it.
11. It also served as a backup remote for controlling my Amazon Fire TV cube .
