1. Hands down , I wish SAP cared to look into this.not user friendly at all, at my smart phone i cant access the app, and its pooping up asking me to upgrade, after upgrade done, automatically logging out and need signing in again then ask me upgrade again and again.... every time need to uninstall and reinstall then only can access, its really delaying my work flow, i dont know why my company spend money to purchase such program, not stable and is a disaster for meThis is a really good app with great UI and user friendly.

2. Request you to make it little faster as it takes a lot of time while using... It's been a really long time (1 year) since I've given this review but no one responded.This app doesn't deserve a single star.Too slow and out-of-date interface can frustrate your employees.Reduces the work efficiency of the employees due to lendi features.

3. I wouldn't expect such a sloppiness from one of the biggest software companyIt works based on device, lot of issue in App, installing to each user in different model of smart phone are too difficult.

4. Now I cannot open it at all!!! It says that this app keeps on crashing!!!This app is Such a dud.. I was a Salesforce user earlier and our company decided to switch to C4C (integrating the ERP).

5. The entire user experience is so irritatingly slow for C4C , UI dates back ages, every click follows with a buffering, you can't see contacts within an account and the list continues.

6. It is very slow, and opening each page requires a loading time that truly tests the patience of its users.

7. And we are facing a lot of problems in this.. App takes around 2 minutes to open even if my mobile has got a good processor and 8gb RAM.

8. And imagine if you have to constantly open this application for your work.

9. My company has switched from previous renaissance to C4C system.

10. A tool that helps you improve your sales outcome really quick, do not think twice and choose this app over any other.

11. Lot of issue SAP to improve the quality of app.....I have OnePlus 6T Android 10, OxygenOS 10.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SAP Cloud Issues

1. Fix SAP Cloud Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SAP Cloud: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SAP Cloud App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SAP Cloud" » Open SAP Cloud for Customer » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SAP Cloud » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SAP Cloud for Customer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SAP Cloud servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SAP Cloud for Customer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SAP Cloud app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SAP Cloud might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SAP Cloud. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SAP Cloud then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SAP Cloud not working


2. Fix SAP Cloud Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SAP Cloud be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SAP Cloud not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SAP Cloud may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
