Why should I report an Issue with 30s - WhatsApp Status Editor?

Does it's job perfectly, Almost uploaded 10 video's without any error...Ones the order of vdo shuffled that may be due to connectivity....While watching the vdo there is a slight jerk when it switches from one vdo to other....developer may improve on that.....All the best for yr future projects....God Bless....wasted my time....audio video is not synced properly....just like cutting in WhatsApp 😑 don't download it, it doesn't make separate files....but redirect you to WhatsApp after selecting 30 sec portion & when i checked my video i found that the audio & video were not synced properly just like we cut in WhatsApp.... thanks for wasting my time 🙏Worked fine for a few days.... but Today the App keeps crashing after selecting a video to trim.

2. also we beed to split some audio if possible update and ad ability to split audios thanks again.The music, most times doesn't line up with the video.

3. Long videos get split to 30 sec but doesn't gets uploaded to the whatsapp status.

4. When I split the video I can't get it back! It was cover by the advertisement, either no option to skip away) and then I can't move anywhere.

5. I uninstall and reinstall, restarted phone...same issue... Using a galaxy Note 8 OS 8.0.0... please fix so i can give a better ratingbest app exactly 30 seconds spliter thanks developers of the app.

6. Bhut after updating whatsapp to the latest version this app doesn't works.

7. It wants to publish directly to WhatsApp only without you reviewing it first.. The search continues.

8. There is almost a 1 or 2 secs delay with the video to the musicRubbish app.

9. Only, it would be great if developers stitch the intermittent glitches that transpire every 30 seconds.

1. Fix 30s Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 30s: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 30s App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "30s" » Open 30s - WhatsApp Status Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 30s » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 30s - WhatsApp Status Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 30s servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "30s - WhatsApp Status Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 30s app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 30s might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 30s. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 30s then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 30s not working

2. Fix 30s Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 30s be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 30s not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 30s may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
