1. Please fix.I have used this app for a while now, but recently everytime i try to use it, it just opens my whatsapp and asks me to send the number to someone in my contact list!! Its not opening a chat in the dialed number ... i tried to uninstal and re install it again but the issue isnt fixed!I have used this app for a while now,but recently everytime i try to use it,it just opens my whatsapp and asks me to send the number to someone in my contact list!!Its not opening a chat in the dialed number..i tried to uninstal and re install it again but the issue isnt fixed!It was working fine, but right now, whenever I put the number to send a massage, it just opens the whatsapp and does nothing, any one has the same issue for the android operating system.The app was great, but sadly, it's broken now.

2. (When a mobile# is highlighted a menu pops showing send to wtsappy ) ____ update _____ What happened to this app... In the past u paste a mobile number and it opens a dialogue in WhatsApp... No longer this is happening pls update ur app to an android 13 compatibleNice App and very helpful.

3. Doesn't open a new convo, rather it shares to whatsapp as if you want to send something.It stopped working since few months , I'm using S22 and got the latest update, when ever I enter the number it opens whatsapp but never to the number.

1. Fix wtsappy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart wtsappy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the wtsappy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "wtsappy" » Open wtsappy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for wtsappy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear wtsappy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from wtsappy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "wtsappy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check wtsappy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, wtsappy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall wtsappy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall wtsappy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing wtsappy not working

2. Fix wtsappy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make wtsappy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to wtsappy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, wtsappy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
