1. Even though i paid the money I'm looking for something that works consistently.The application is good I can use WhatsApp in my tablet the only problem is that every time I click on a picture when I hit the back button it keeps reloading every time instead of taking me to the main WhatsApp screen this is very annoying this is the only thing I have found so far to criticize on this application, I hope there is a fix in the future for this issue.It's really great application.

ThanksI hate how this app just eventually say you don't have connection and it just asks you to log out, even when you have the connection, then you have to scan the QR code over again to login, what if I don't have my phone with me? And I literally selected "keep me logged in" This is Dunce on a different level.I have been extremely pleased at how this app on the regular tablet relates to the WA app on the smartphone.

3. adverts at bottom of screen are fine.. but full screen adverts that you cannot close, make it unusable.. would purchase but nothing about one off purchase or monthly subscription.It kept dropping and every now and then, had to re-link the devices all the time, which is very annoying.

4. Our app allows to hide/unhide keyboard, dark mode, full screen mode in whats web.Why is it so hard to connect just after I updated it.

5. It makes communicating much easier if you have a tablet with a keyboard, which I do!Using it on a Samsung tablet.

6. When loading, it gets stuck at "Connecting to WhatsApp" and will remain there till Christ comes.

1. Fix Whats Web Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Whats Web: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Whats Web App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Whats Web" » Open Whats Web for WhatsApp » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Whats Web » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Whats Web for WhatsApp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Whats Web servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Whats Web for WhatsApp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Whats Web app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Whats Web might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Whats Web. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Whats Web then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Whats Web not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Whats Web be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Whats Web not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Whats Web may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
