Should be higher rated.Very good app but the navigation buttons (up/down/left/right) is very small, Hope you fix it or just add button customizationAfter 2 days of searching I find this app and it's the best all I had to do is download it then it searched for a connection to a device and it actually found my TV unlike the 20+ other apps that can't and when it connected to my LG SMART TV WEBOS it was god sent help thank you very muchONLY game in the play store that will work, connects so quickly, definitely worth it!!Only one that seems to work.

2. On Luxor, Panasonic and my Roku boxes.amazing for the low score I thought I wouldn't work but it works perfectly (in samsung TVs at least)Actually works for my Phillips smart tv.

1. Fix Universal remote control Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Universal remote control: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Universal remote control App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Universal remote control" » Open Universal remote control » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Universal remote control » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Universal remote control app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Universal remote control servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Universal remote control" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Universal remote control app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Universal remote control might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Universal remote control. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Universal remote control then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Universal remote control not working

2. Fix Universal remote control Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Universal remote control be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
