Customer Insights

1. When closing out work orders it is ridiculous that I have to wait for as long for it to sync as I am connected to wifi and have a full 5G network at the same time.

2. I do not get notifications between two different phones (iPhone and Android.) Wonderful 24-hour login that will destroy progress and ruin work orders if the time expires while you're working on it.

3. Same results no matter what I do.Android users beware!!! This app doesn't work! It will not sync correctly no matter if you use wifi, have strong cell phone service or etc.

4. Thought I had it cleared up by deleting the files manually on the phone, just for the problem to come back again 1 week later, and now that won't work, this app is useless.It's buggy and often needs too many updates.

5. I can do the work order in real time instead of remembering and going to a computer.

6. We call it real pain as it adds more work just trying to close out service orders.

7. Also the app needs to provide more tenant data for work orders.

8. This isn't the first time it's done it.Broken. Every version is broken in some new way waiting for you to find later on.

9. I have to type in the Pin every time my screen times out, every time I try to add a photo from within the app even! This isn't making it more secure, My banking app doesn't even do that.

10. My mobile app and their screens in the office don't show same work orders.

11. Previous versions broke ticket creation in several ways to the point where if I find a vaguely stable version I stop updating the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Issues

1. Fix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart : Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "" » Open Mobile Facilities by RealPage » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Mobile Facilities by RealPage app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mobile Facilities by RealPage" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall . If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing not working


2. Fix Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
