1. When trying to measure my heart rate during a workout or when I'm half asleep, this extra step is very irkspme.I was recently doing some rather intense (for me) exercise during a physical therapy session.
2. I use it personally and professionally as a therapist to help people recognize the signs of anxiety before they get to anxious by keeping regular measurements of their heart rate.
3. I recently had a blood pressure scare and landed myself in the hospital, so constantly worrying about my heart rate has only added an anxiety that adds to blood pressure.
4. With regular monitoring you can tell a good resting rate and when anxiety may be setting in just by using something already in your pocket and no need for extra expensive equipment.After many random tests upon downloading, this is extremely accurate.
5. Easy to navigate and use! It's been so nice to keep track of my heart rate, and fun to experiment with checking my heart rate at different times.
6. A couple requests for future features: Add a notification feature so I can set times to check my heart rate.
7. I had to stop the activity and the therapist measured my heart rate and was concerned.

10. I have SVT so I have to monitor my heart rate frequently.
11. I have a blood pressure cuff that does great rate as well therefore I know this app is very accurate.
