1. Neither the website or the app allow you to add a beneficiary, nor calculate retirement! TERRIBLE INSTITUTION!!!!!!Prudential retirement accounts are the very wrong kind of old-fashioned investment experience.
2. Not sure why this sort of feature isn't standard in all financial institution apps for 401k.App is useless!! Cannot access my account.
3. Empower lacks many features that vanguard has like a contribution maximizer to figure out projected regular percentage is needed after bonuses and raises to max out but not lose out on employer match.

6. I can readily access and adjust contribution rates, research various funds, and get a snapshot view of my fund's performance.
