1. Should also have the option of accessing website through mobile devices, not just some app that will often have issues & require updates even if they fix this issue.Horrible, doesn't work correctly.
2. I would like to be a to change my investments via the app without calling everytime.Frustrating! It doesn't allow you to manually enter a date for DOB, instead you have to thumb through a calendar, month by month, beginning with the current date, all the way back to the date you want to select.
3. As for Empower, have not had any issues with this company they have been pretty good and have some nice investment options.The app doesn't really work.
4. However 98% of the time, I cannot access my account information because the "Continue" buttons literally don't work.
5. 99.9% of the time I get taken to the Login Help screen and then get told that my entered information does not match my information on file.
6. Annoying to say the least.pro - the info is presented for the phone screen size con - a very big negative is that you have to log in with username and password typed in each time.
7. If they're not convenient, I'll use a regular computer with a big monitor.Cannot access website, as it prompts you to download and use mobile app.
8. There are buttons that don't work, which cause you to get stuck on screens without access to your account.
9. I've contacted Empower multiple times and all they can tell me to do is uninstall the app and reload it that'll fix the problem... To date this hasn't worked.
10. I have tried for months and tried re-downloading the app and it still doesn't work.
11. On the login screen it gives an option for fingerprint login in.
I would like to delete this account and my money put back on my card I was not trying to sign up for this
