1. I work FOR Transamerica and it doesn't even work, I hate to think what our external clients experience.The update is not working!!! I do get through the first page (that used to crash all the time before) but then at the login page, it hangs, the tower spinns forever, and then I get a message - we are experiencing technical difficulties, call 1-800.
2. Have tried multiple times over the past week or so but still same issue.Doesn't work with password managers, biometrics, or modern security features It's very much a pain trying to write down (old school) the password each time you go to use this app.
3. After entering userid and password, the app asks to click on agree to usage terms, but it just goes back to the main login page and says we are having technical issues, please try again later.
4. Horrible app and service!! This app does not work on Android, actually worked only one time, after that continues to crash.
5. What is being done to address this? Perhaps all of us with this issue should move our investments to a more tech savvy company.The app stopped working 3 months ago.
6. When I try to view the details, a red message pops up saying that account info is not available.
7. I can log in to the website so it is an app issue, not login credentials.
8. Would like to have more options available to make access similar to the website.Cannit login.
9. At minimum, support autofill, and please add support for fingerprint and face recognition login.Half the app never works.
10. If you have less than 3/5 years of date, you have to do a custom date range as the app isnt smart enough to just show the amount of history data it has.
11. But I appreciate the educational courses that walk you through advice for savings and other financial info.
