NBP Digital Customer Insights

1. But when I try to upgrade my account, it asks for debit card number and pin and then asks for email and user id, on user id section it gives me error validate username first.

2. then app shows that Issuer system error.The new update blew my mind! What a 100% change in performance, interface and user interaction.

3. Can you address this issue? Though I have tried multiple times to validate but it keeps repeating that please validate your user name first.

4. I hope the developers can fix this issue soon so that I can use the app without any problems.Dear IT MANAGER, Hope this message finds you well, I want to put my complaint here that I am unable to validate my user ID.

5. It opened just once and then everytime I try to open, it says your user ID or password is invalid i kept on changing password but it didn't work.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix NBP Digital Issues

1. Fix NBP Digital Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart NBP Digital: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the NBP Digital App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NBP Digital" » Open NBP Digital » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NBP Digital » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear NBP Digital app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NBP Digital servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NBP Digital" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check NBP Digital app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NBP Digital might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall NBP Digital. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NBP Digital then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NBP Digital not working


2. Fix NBP Digital Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NBP Digital be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NBP Digital not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NBP Digital may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have a saving account in NBP which I activated via registered mobile number because I had not been issued a debit card which I received later. When I tried to upgrade the app it continuously give an instruction "try again later". Kindly remove my data from mobile banking. So that I can register myself again

  • From last month when i ever login to my NBP digital app every time window popup unable to stablish connectivity, please check you internet connection. Several time i have updated, installed and uninstalled the app. There is no solution even several times conversation is made with representative of call centre. My cell phone is latest. NBP Account #01113051006488. Also i have complaint # 9191440 dated 11-12-2021 pliz help me
