The most useless and worst application, freezes all the time, we have been using it for a long time and it does not work, it fails to mark the time, it takes too long to load, in expense report it is almost impossible to load the photos you have to repeat the process at least 5 times, 0 stars if you could if they take it out of appstore it would be betterIt's an alright app.

2. Time card is more efficient and easier than this worthless application.Mobile app or website...there have been issues.

3. Trying to view the calender in desktop OR mobile mode and requesting time off is impossible!Highly recommend avoiding.

4. Interface and design is poorly thought out, and I really don't appreciate how it doesn't retain credentials and forces you to sign in every single time you use it.

5. App is completely useless as I am forced to clock in and out on the computer and because of that whittle away my personal time on missed punches.

6. I have tried support 3 times already and each time they refuse to answer why I even owe anything to begin with.100% Useless.

7. At this time in the mobile app unable to see my employees timecards.

8. We are unable to correct exceptions in both forms of the software at this time.

9. It needs to show time and attendance in the calendar as well as allowing us to request time off in the calender menu.

10. If you want to check the team schedule for Friday you have to scroll through the whole week, beginning on Monday except it always freezes halfway through Wednesday.

1. Fix Paycor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Paycor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Paycor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Paycor" » Open Paycor Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Paycor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Paycor Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Paycor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Paycor Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Paycor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Paycor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Paycor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Paycor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Paycor not working

2. Fix Paycor Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Paycor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Paycor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Paycor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
