1. I have been paying my credit card bill for years by transferring the funds from an external account.
2. While the new layout is awesome, especially when it shows you your full account number, cd maturity dates, interest rates, etc, my wallet was stolen 5/20 and I went to the app to turn off my three debit cards and it was no longer an option.
3. I made sure the check was on a background that makes it stand out!! HELP!The only way to see your transfer activity via app is by checking the box 'saved transfer' but now an error code appears and I can no longer see that.
4. I followed the prompt as usual but this time an error message popped up repeatedly stating that the "check could not be found" and to "be sure the camera is focused and all 4 corners of the check are visible".
5. No problems until the recent update that doesn't have an option for "forgot user id" since I've been logging in with my finger (biometric) for 3 or 4 years.
6. At first, it wouldn't allow me to transfer funds to an outside account that is linked to my accounts.
7. Update: the "retake" button is a white box with black lettering; the "accept" box is dark blue with dark font, overlaid with black background.
8. I had to reenter information for my external account to make the bill current even though I can still see that the account is linked to Orion.
9. But it does work, so my suggestion is to dupicate the color scheme of the "accept" button to match the color scheme of the "retake" button.
10. I can monitor my own credit score and spending habits which helps me keep track of what's going in and out of my account.
11. They should have left the original app alone.Been a customer of Orion since the MATCU days and have been using the app since it's introduction.
