Origami Customer Insights

1. If you want to fold paper then DO NOT download this app.For some reason everytime I open the app it completely logs me out forcing me to sign back inCan't log in.

2. Otherwise, this app has made it so much easier to finally do my paperwork after not being able to do anything other than hand written the past past year..So much better than the HUBX software UPS uses.

3. I thought I was gonna be taught how to fold paper not how to sign it.

4. I used to be able to save finished drafts/completed copies of anything even after they were submitted, but they removed that option.

5. My job is much easier now.Crashing continuously, I can't even sign into the app.Terribly misleading.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Origami Issues

1. Fix Origami Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Origami: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Origami App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Origami" » Open Origami Mobile Forms » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Origami » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Origami Mobile Forms app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Origami servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Origami Mobile Forms" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Origami app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Origami might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Origami. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Origami then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Origami not working


2. Fix Origami Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Origami be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Origami not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Origami may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
