1. AVOID.I read the reviews for this app after I bought my reflex activity tracker and I was ready to take it back, but I thought I'd give it a go anyway, I'm pleasantly surprised by it, I read about the connectivity issues but as long as my battery saving option on my phone is turned off it stays connected, and the sleep data does update later on in the morning not straight away, overall its good value for the price, the only issue I have it is it doesn't show my heart rate as I thought I would.Sure feels like this app has been made with a very low budget.

Also include together with "find my smartwatch" a proximity feature, where my smart watch emits a beep if the phone and smart watch move away from each other to a set distance?I love the watch, and everything works fine, however, I am a shift worker, so the set times to record sleep don't work for me, so I am not getting am accurate reading for my sleep.

3. I cant keep the phone open long enough to see the time in the day but at night iv only got to move my arm and the whole room lights up (#turned brightness down )should have gone for the more expensive watch I do Not recommend at allGood app, though totals don't show data.

4. I will look for a different make of watch and software.Keeps disconnecting I have the watch on at night but the sleep record is always incorrect will say iv had no sleep or a few hrs sleep,also won't connect the phone at all .

5. Don't purchase a product that needs this app!Disconnects every time either the watch or the phone is recharged and frequently between charges.

6. Goes to 99!(% on phone and150 plus% on watch then comes up can't push to watch.

7. Regularly disconnecting, requiring forgetting and reconnecting the watch, which itself rarely works, instead requires full reinstallation of the app and connecting the watch from "new".

8. Every time I connect back to phone I have to go into settings and turn on constant heart rate monitor.

9. I don't use the app anymore I deleted itInaccurate and unreliable My watch has been 6 minutes fast for three days.

10. The only ways to reconnect are to power off the phone which sometimes helps or to uninstall the software and reinstall it this wipes all data but sometimes helps with the connection.

11. Can't push faces to watch.

  2. Update the Reflex Active App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Reflex Active" » Open Reflex Active » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Reflex Active » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Reflex Active app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Reflex Active servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Reflex Active" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Reflex Active app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Reflex Active might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Reflex Active. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Reflex Active then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Reflex Active not working


2. Fix Reflex Active Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Reflex Active be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Reflex Active not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Reflex Active may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
