1. I just want a collar that works how it is supposed to! Especially if I need to pay for the service!I didn't use to have any issues but for about a week now, I have not been able to open the app.
2. The series 3 has a better design and seems like it won't break as easily as the series 2 did twice, I chased that signal around for hours after it broke off my dog I actually thought that it must have been on another animal, fortunately I finally found it in the middle of the night with its light turned on, that happened twice and still it took me hours to findI don't know why people are having trouble with their collars.
3. If I unplug the base then I have no issues keeping the collar connected to my phone (as long as I force stop the app and turn Bluetooth off and back on).
4. Cancelling subscription.Einstein got loose so we ran live tracking with the new series 3 collar (twice the cost of series) so I expected a more robust live tracking.
5. Sometimes it's been great other times terrible and annoying as it gets, same goes with customer service.
6. Customer Service is why it is not a five star app.This collar used to be good when I had the original.
7. However, for the last 6 months, it has just been like any other collar.
8. It connects to your phone & uses the precise location of your phone gps to track so it amazes me how the collar/app has so many issues staying connected to my phone on walks.
9. I've recommended this collar to everyone with dogs, cats and any other animal this would fit.The app became unusable in the past month or so.
10. Disappointed.The collar won't connect to the phone if I have the base plugged in.
11. Last thing I want to do is call or connect with customer service for them to tell me what I have already tried doing 🙄.
