1. You must have an existing OnCall Health patient account to use this app.
2. Please visit oncallhealth. com for more information.
1. It may be good for the office on their end but it doesn't do much for the mobile user it could easily B adoptable or integrated with other calendars by the click of a button which I have used in other apps especially Google CalendarTotally unacceptable that the resolution is fixed at the highest level.
2. Tried to fill out a form about 6 times , kept crashing, same text copies to other fields, you change it there- then your answer to the previous question gets changed to the same text.
3. Not only the representative was unable to solve this issue (so does this app can be viewed on landscape mode?) or then pretty just just ignored me when she realized she couldn't help me.Very restrictive as to what you can do I can't even change anything on my profile.
4. When my provider tried to work around this by sending an invite to a different email and allow me to create another account, it wouldn't allow that, either.
5. The screen should not fall asleep in the first place but the fact that it causes me to be added to the call a second time means I have to quit and start the app in the middle of the call.
6. The app cannot deal with my phone changing orientation or the screen being woken up after falling asleep.
7. While the auto-rotate function was on.. the app wouldn't switch from portrait view to landscape view.
8. On the desktop version, it can be changed so as to use less bandwidth, but not on the app, where it is actually needed when you have to use mobile data.
9. Doesn't appear much effort went into this much experience that I have had in many other apps.
10. it works for a video calling, but phone heated up unbelievably and killed the battery.
11. It also does this if the phone goes between portrait and landscape.
