1. I used to placed an order to this apps for more than a year now but this year 2023 im having trouble hundred times i tried finally i managed to open the apps again however couldn't find the nearest place that I used to order (Bafta tower barsha 1) my building just nearby and giving me a branch option in barsha 4 near mashreq station! Your previous apps is work well but when you updated it is terrible!If I could I would rate it zero.

2. No sense of giving the customer the option of the delivery timing if you can't deliver.The new app is very slow, glitchy, doesn't retain the cart items unlike previously or in carrefour which is very convenient for buyers.

3. however the end cart now has improved letting you see the items clearly, delivery boys are also still the most courteous, but overall experience on app now has been the worst.You better look at your delivery timings you set in the app, you are overpromising yet under delivering customer service.

4. Westzone should definitely work on this app as people in Dubai likes going online shopping rather than going to the physical stores.Apps crashed and giving me a branch option far away from my location.

5. It just takes me to the address , doesn't even show me the products..surprisingly the app used to work very well earlierOrdered via app and selected delivery timing between 8am to 10am.

6. Once you placed orders somebody calls you that delivery guy left the store so instead of the original waiting time of delivery they give you another 3hrs ++++ until you starved yourself waiting for nothing.

7. Now that the delivery is no longer free.. the minimum order changes every time even though i'm using the same address.

8. it cannot retain your current cart if you suddenly switch apps even for a short period.

9. Most of the time, it was suddenly crashing and cannot retain the orders you added in your cart so you have to do it again.

10. Even clearing cache, data and all doesn't resolve the problem.Whatever upgrade you made to this app is extremely terrible and inconvenient.

11. Clearly West Zone is not one of those.Can't order since January 2023, app was working before, and now it is crashing everytime I try to reinstall.

1. Fix West Zone Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart West Zone: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the West Zone App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "West Zone" » Open West Zone : Grocery Shopping » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for West Zone » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear West Zone : Grocery Shopping app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from West Zone servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "West Zone : Grocery Shopping" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check West Zone app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, West Zone might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall West Zone. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall West Zone then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing West Zone not working

2. Fix West Zone Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make West Zone be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to West Zone not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, West Zone may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
