1. But, my only complaint is that when a buyer pays with PayPal, your PayPal account must be verified in order to view the shipping label and verifying your account takes 3-10 days.. It's inconvenient for the seller and the buyer.

3. The selection of stuff to buy is awesome but if I can't correct my shipping address I can't buy anything.This app is my go-to for buying used clothing, but everything about it is a mess.

1. Fix Depop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Depop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Depop App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Depop" » Open Depop - Buy & Sell Clothes App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Depop » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Depop - Buy & Sell Clothes App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Depop servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Depop - Buy & Sell Clothes App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Depop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Depop might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Depop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Depop then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Depop not working

2. Fix Depop Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Depop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
