1. There are no bracket orders, so once your order is filled, you're exposed until you place a closing order, which can take 30-60 seconds, making it unsuitable for some day traders. This app is great, a worthy alternative to the others (especially "that one"- you know what one I'm talking about)... It has social functions built right in, price tracking, analysis, options, almost anything you could want from a trading app.
2. It desperately needs better touch interaction, customizing ability, navigation and user experience.Being new to trading and investing, this app has been a great help for the most part.
3. It's a great app for me, love the layout, all of the technical and fundamental info provided, and the ability to watch time and sales with multiple charts at once.
4. Features for quickly placing trades are vital for day trading, but the only feature is placing an order by tapping one in the order book.
5. Even customer service replies promptly. This brokerage is probably one of the best around for research tools, and reliability, and the constant flow of new features continue to improve it.
6. Because of the advanced features it is not as simple and easy to use as some like Robinhood with very basic features and charts.
7. One example, if u were to check the past dividend of a company, the new UI has alot of steps to get the info compare to old UI it takes 2 steps to get that info.Easy to use.
8. Has advanced features, order types, charts.
9. Being able to learn the basics of trading and investing through the provided lessons is a good touch.
10. It doesn't feel very honest to me finding the info I'm seeking is hard, such as how to deposit funds back to my bank account.
11. UPDATE: While moomoo at this point only trades on NASDAQ and DOW, over the last few weeks and getting to know the app a bit better I like the layout and their charts.
