There are no bracket orders, so once your order is filled, you're exposed until you place a closing order, which can take 30-60 seconds, making it unsuitable for some day traders.This app is great, a worthy alternative to the others (especially "that one"- you know what one I'm talking about)... It has social functions built right in, price tracking, analysis, options, almost anything you could want from a trading app.

11. UPDATE: While moomoo at this point only trades on NASDAQ and DOW, over the last few weeks and getting to know the app a bit better I like the layout and their charts.

1. Fix moomoo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart moomoo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the moomoo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "moomoo" » Open moomoo:Investing&Trading » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for moomoo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear moomoo:Investing&Trading app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from moomoo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "moomoo:Investing&Trading" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check moomoo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, moomoo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall moomoo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall moomoo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing moomoo not working

2. Fix moomoo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make moomoo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to moomoo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, moomoo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
